How do I manage my active deals and funds on the platform?
Upon logging in to access your pipeline, request draws, and submit applications, you can manage your account. This includes:

1. The Deal Flow Pipeline: A visual dashboard tracking your transaction from start to finish, granting your attorney and title company access, and highlighting milestones from contract work to construction draws and payback.
2. Your Account: Your financial center containing your digital "wallet," real-time money tracking, monthly statements, and invoices.
What are your maximum leverage and Loan-to-Value (LTV) limits?
All loans are strictly capped at a maximum of 70% After Repair Value (ARV). Funding for the purchase price (PP) and rehab budget is dictated by your assigned Borrower rating:
Bronze Bars: 80% PP / 85% Rehab
Silver Bars: 85% PP / 90% Rehab
Gold Bars: 90% PP / 95% Rehab

Who is eligible to invest on the platform?
In compliance with SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c), all investors must pass an automated, digital accreditation screening to verify their status as Accredited Investors before accessing the marketplace or deploying capital.
What type of returns can I expect on my capital?
Lenders can choose between 1:1 whole loan funding or fractional syndications. Targeted yields are directly tied to the algorithmic risk profile and experience of the approved borrower:

How is my investment protected?
Capital protection is built into our legal framework. Every loan requires a first-lien commercial position and is isolated within a bankruptcy-remote Special Purpose Vehicle (Series LLC). Furthermore, borrowers must explicitly opt-in to pledge their borrowing entity's LLC shares as collateral, allowing for rapid UCC-style execution in the event of default, rather than drawn-out judicial foreclosures.

When you submit a wholesale contract to The Vault Connection, our system overlays verified comparable sales, estimated repair costs, and preliminary clear title searches. More importantly, it attaches guaranteed financing terms through the "Vault Financing Box." This transforms your standard lead into a fully structured, ready-to-close transaction for our developers.
How does the "Deals Wanted" page work?
"Deals Wanted" is our reverse marketplace. Pre-approved builders and flippers post their exact buying criteria (e.g., location, max purchase price, condition) alongside their reserved capital. Wholesalers can browse this menu and submit matching contracts directly to a buyer who is already capitalized and ready to close.
